no, because there would be no grounds to sue on. But I can see where you are coming from. It is extremely sexist. Can you imagine an advert for men only insurance, women would go absolutely mad!

Lets face it, they cant drive so they need insurance dedicated to them.

just waiting

for someone to come on and start saying womena re better drivers
......
you could not sue them, simply for the fact that they do insure men! They advertise as being cheaper for women, because statistically, they think women are a better risk, however they do cover men, just dont claim to be cheaper. This is all above board because they assesss the risk individually, they just have a higher weighting on the gender than some other companies
its the same as some companies claiming to be cheaper for "safer" drivers - its not that they dont insure people with loads of crashes, just that is their priority when underwriting the policies
Its all rubbish anyway my quotes for diamond were crap! norwich union "quote me happy" everytime!!
no, it's about righteous indignation.

We've put up with it for years and been expected to ... you want to sue... not a nice feeling is it?
Calm down dear, it's only about car insurance ;)
In the case of Sheila's Wheels, it is part of E-sure, which in turn is owned by the Halifax and Bank of Scotland group.

One of their gimmicks is that they offer women handbag insurance as part of the overall deal.
can you sue them for having INCREDIBLY annoying and cheesy ads?
