Now everything is USB Connection (Mouse, Keyboard, Printer ) and Windows XP how can you take a print out of the BIOS Settings in case I need to enter them in the future ?

On previous computers I used to be able to just press Printscreen or ALT/P and it would go through LPT1 to the printer.

Is it just pencil and paper (there are lots of different screens) ?

As far as I know, yea.

But why would you need to do this in the first place? I've so far never had to do this; don't even go into your BIOS unless you really need to.
you can still press print screen or ctrl/print screen then paste it into word.

Why do I want to do it ? I want to change the Battery on the Motherboard and it says in the manual record all the BIOS Settings before removing the battery.

Answer from yellowjohn. You enter setup by pressing F2 on start up. Windows is not loaded at that stage. Will it remember Print Screen after loading Windows. I will try it though.
you are right tellboy it prob won't keep it on the clip board as windows has not started at that stage. sorry must read the questions properly.mind you you do have the option in the bios to restore defaults so if you haven't previously altered your bios that will be the option to use.
Sorry yes, that's very true. The settings are usually pretty much the defaults though, or certainly very close to.
