I guess you're referring to Internet Exporer (as in Microsoft Internet Explorer - provided by Tiscali).
When you install an ISP's software from a disc and it updates the version of Internet Explorer you're running, they often brand Internet Explorer with their own name (provided by... etc). When you install another ISP, it may or may not remove that branding and/or replace it with something else. It's no big deal, it's just the same Internet Explorer with different ISP's names on the top.
