I work for a small company. I am trying to design a spreadsheet to record time spent on jobs etc.

Our office uses three computers (Macs) which are networked.

Is it possible to create the spreadsheet on one computer and enable the other computers to access it. I essence, I want everybody to be able to update the same spreadsheet.

If you share out a folder on one mac, you should be able to access it from the others (if you don't already have a public shared area). Simply dump the file in a shared folder and all should be right in the world...

Only 1 person will be able to modify it at a time.

Use a database if you want more people to update at once
