next I downloaded nero for free for dvd burning with dvd shrink but now it's asking me for a serian number in order to proceed with the installation

Try right clicking on a blank bit of the toolbar, select customise.

Fiddle around and see what happens.

What I'm saying is that if you have more than 10 or so bookmarks, their purpose (providing easy access to your favourite pages) is somewhat defeated.
