When i was younger i was addicted to the game ELITE 2: FRONTIER. Does anyone know of any quality games that are similar to this game that are around now? (has to be XP compatible)

There is a game called 'X2 The Threat' on the budget White Label (GSP) available in supermarkets (got ours in Morrisons at a cheap price). It is billed as a '21st Century Elite' (92% PCZONE). It says that it runs on XP - haven't tried it yet, it was for our son who is away just now.
