My phone is able to send a text or a picture message to an E-mail address. However sometimes the people I have sent messages to say that they have not recieved them, Why should this happen? My phone says the message has been sent and I have been charged for it so they should have got it?

It depends where you are sending the E-mail, for example if you are sending to a friends email address at their work ,it is possible that their company firewall will not allow such things as attachments, pictures etc to come through as it could be a virus, therefore being blocked and you would be none the weiser.

only reason I can think of anyway.......

Let's say you have "bob's" number in your cell phone. Write that number down (the one in your cell phone) then call "bob" and ask him his number then compare. I f they're different then there ya go. If not, try something else.
