i have a piczo site and every time i try to upload a photo it will not let me although it will let me upload animated pictures. do i have to down load a programme to let me upload pictures ?

What is the format of the photo you are trying to upload?


i.e:


" supershexxhipictureofme.jpg "


So that would be JPG.
