macros - running through hidden sheets

I have created a spreadsheet with macros running on several sheets, these macros are activated via a command button on sheet one. Some of the sheets that contain macros need to be hidden, however when i hide them and then attempt to run the macro i get a "debug" error. Does anyone know what code i need to put into the macro to enable it to run??
