ipod / itunes - re-register at different computer?

i first registered my ipod at my old work computer but have since moved jobs and want to move my itunes and stuff and re-register everything at my new work computer - can anyone help? I still have access to the old computer if that helps and I am a total techno-phobe so need everything explained in idiot language please!!
