Microsoft Email Issue

I have a sky email address and I access my mail via my Samsung phone and Microsoft office/outlook. this morning emails are coming to my phone inbox but on my laptop i am getting a box up from Yahoo asking me to sign in, never had to do that before, any ideas what the issue could be? i have turned off lappy but the same thing happens when i restart. yesterday it was fine. Thanks

Guessing a cookie issue maybe. Changed settings recently ?

I used CC Cleaner yesterday, that maybe it but its never happened before, cheers

OG, I am sorted now, while I am at it any ideas why i have put my address and password into the yahoos box and emails are now through to laptop but when i have tried to set up a thunderbird account using the same email and password i am told the password is incorrect?

That stumps me. Are you able to see the password you type in ? If not, how is the shift lock ? Or you could delete and reinstall Thunderbird I guess.

OG, although my password was correct I had to go onto skys website and obtain an 'App code' with this i was able to create my account for thunderbird and now have managed to cancel my microsoft 365 subscription before the payment due day next week
