We have netflix in the living room and the conservatory.Yesterday we had a Power cut only for a few minutes, netflix in the conservatory just had to sign in again no problem, but the living room the cursor is just spinning, doesn't matter what we do , help please

Try restarting your router.

I think you may need to contact Netflix
We often have to restart our router to make the TV pick up Netflix but if that hasn't worked I'd look at your lounge device - smart TV I'm guessing - and go into settings and check that it thinks it's connected to the internet. If not you might be able to get it back online by entering your router password etc.

Tried the router, we are definitely on line, think contacting them maybe the only option
Try turning your TV off completely, then turn the router off wait 30 secs and turn it back on. When that has stopped flashing turn the TV back on.
If you're trying the turn off/on route, it's important to also unplug the device - don't know why, but it makes a difference.
It's probably locked in an old IP.

It should clear if you turn the whole lot off and back on as suggested above.

Thank you for all your answers ,hubby has spent along time on the phone to netflix, no joy ,the box in lounge is older so perhaps we need to invest in a new box
do you have a subscription that allows 2 devices to be signed in at once?

Bedknobs, we have 4 devices, it is saying the hard drive needs boosting , we have tried to boost it but it doesn't work
