Bush Android Tv

Hi all
I have a bush android tv and for some reason it is only showing the menu page for resetting and rebooting ect. I have tried the YouTube videos on restring and rebooting but to no avail. All that happens is tv turn off and on again to the same page . Nothing loads . I’m at my wits end so any help would be appreciated
