No, if you mean a link to a website

A newspaper article for example.
No. Posting a link from any device doesn't include the cookies that can personalise a page.

So, for example, if I display my bank statement on either my PC or my phone, and then post a link to that web page here, all that will appear when the link is clicked on is an 'error' page from the Barclays website.
>>> A newspaper article for example

If you post a link to a newspaper article about someone called Naomi being involved in a sex romp with a bishop, we might start putting two and two together! Otherwise though, you're quite safe ;-)

[If you post a link to a news site that you've had to subscribe to in order to see its content, we won't be able to see that content. All we'll see is a banner telling us that access is only available to the site's subscribers].

Thanks for answering Barry and Chris. The question arose because I’ve never posted a link from my phone, not knowing if personal details could somehow be accessed through it, so I thought perhaps that was the reason others never post links. Now I know so thank you both very much.

Haha! If you ever see an article like that, chris, all I can say is lucky bishop! ;o)
