Samsung E530; using the MP3 player

Yesterday, I got my new moobile; the Samsung E530 and I was dead chuffed with it! I want to put music onto my phone as it is also an mp3 player, and it says in the instructions that there are three ways to get music onto my mobile:

Download from the wireless web
(to be honest, I don't want to be wasting my money on music when I have it on my computer anyway).

Via and active Bluetooth connection
(this is just far too complicated for me).

Download from a computer using the Samsung PC Studio program ----> Samsung PC Studio's User Guide

This last option seems perfect for a non-technological person like me, but how on earth do I get the Samsung PC Studio program?! Am I meant to have received a CD with my mobile in order to install this program? Or do I have to download it of the internet? Or what?! I am soooo confused, so any help would be greatly appreciated! :o)
