I'm hoping someone can suggest an easy solution so that I don't have to drive 11 miles to the nearest Vodaphone shop. My Huawei phone is about four months old. When I click on Google to access the internet, it takes me to the list of sites most frequently used (eg Gmail, FB, Answerbank, Weather App) but when I click on one of them, a blank screen appears. Can anyone suggest what might be the problem? Many thanks.
