My email address is saying wrong email address when I try to access my asda shopping . No problem on any other site with it .Have doubled checked I have put it in properly .I got my shopping through by ringing asda .
its double dutch when I tell them so asking here .Thanks

Ah, it's only single Dutch here.
Where do you see it incorrect ? In your account settings at Asda ? Or when you receive an e-mail from them ? Somewhere else ?

Thanks both .everything is ok till I sign into ASDA then it says wrong email address which I know is right .
Also tried different browser .
Can you not re-register using the email address you think is right?
Sounds like it's incorrect in your profile to me. Do/does Asda have issue sending you e-mails ? If you can't log in then you need the username/password/etc. reset. Suspect only Asda tech dept. can do that.

Thanks for replies .i can’t get to re register or I would try that . And I can’t get to account settings .i have to go out now but I will,try again later .
Yesterday I had email from ASDA acknowledging my order when I phoned up to get it through .they done it from there end
doesn't your email appear on the confirmation email from asda?
Could it be that your password is wrong and the message from ASDA is misleading? Try following the "Forgotten your password" route and see where that gets you.
