Does Anyone Know What I Can Do About This

my mobile phone has stopped working, message keeps on
coming up, Google app not working, or drive not working,
i am stumped.

Start by trying a soft reset. Simply press and HOLD the power button until your phone shuts sown and then restarts.

tried that but no joy, its completely down.

If it's got a removable battery, try taking it out, waiting a minute or two and then replacing it.

can't get the back off the phone.

any idea why it would be app not working, drive not working. should i phone EE and ask them, as that is where i bought the phone and i have them as my mobile phone provider.

EE couldn't help, they put me through to Samsung, they then were going to put me through to Google, Has anyone a number for Google UK.

have phoned google, but its very difficult to understand someone from such a distance, and so looks like i will have to go to a mobile shop. They did send me a list of things to do, but its not like talking face to face to someone who knows what's wrong.

Can you not go into the settings/apps and force stop/disable Google and/or Drive ?
