You'll need a streaming recorder. Go to www.download.com and check the software section out under Rippers & Encoders. There are a few there, just make sure you select a free one or you may have a limited demo. It's a bit trial and error to get a good one, the one I have isn't there anymore so I can't link you to a download, sorry. Good luck :)

You might also try Here for a list of audio stuff, has some free ones listed.

Dagman, if you have a good one which you recommend tell us the name of it and we can look for it ourselves.

If you use winamp, you can change the output plugin via preferences to output a WAV file.

quapmoc, the one I have is simply identified as SndRec64 a mobile sound recorder. I can't find it anywhere as a download. I'm sure it was on download.com but it was a while ago, I can't even find the original download on my comp, must have cleaned it out! I've tried google, altavista, lycos & excite but can't find it for you.

Audio Hijack is the best I've seen. Also recommend MP3 Trimmer so you can spilt the recording into tracks... but I think it's exclusively for Apple Mac's. Not sure about PC.. except you should bin it and get a Mac so you don't have to worry about virus's and adware.
