As far as I'm aware, IMSI (the creators of TurboCad) guard their rights very closely and don't permit third parties to produce software to view their files. (It's similar to the situation with media players. Most media players will play almost every format except Real, simply because RealCom refuse to grant licences). The only way you'll be able to view your files is by downloading Turbocad. It's a free trial (which might be all you'll need). After that, however, you'll have to dig deep into your pocket! :
