Sony DSC-H1 camera; mpeg movies dont record properly 2 CD

I have a Sony Cypbershot DSC-H1 camera and when I record a movie and download it onto my computer it's excellent quality then when I copy the movie to disk (I've used Nero and Windows) the movie plays fine visually but the audio is breaking up and I'm not sure why.  Any ideas please?
