You've not said which site you're being forced to view. This link refers to 'mobfee.click' (which is a well-known cause of problems) but the advice should be valid for any site:
http://macsecurity.net/view/111/
(Ignore the last bit about installing a VPN app though. That looks suspiciously like an ad!)
Double click the Home button
This will reveal apps that are open.
Swipe up the Safari page to close it.
Go into settings and open Safari settings
Delete history, caches.
Tap the Safari button to open it again, the problem should have cleared.

No you haven't been hacked. Just your browser has some malicious code stuck in it.

Chris, not being forced to view anything, if I close ipad when I have left say the ab page open, it is still open when I type my password, instead of my home screen. Same with emails. Gromit, tried all that, still same. Is the malicious code anything to worry about if I cant get rid, also how would I know, out of curiosity, if I had been hacked?

Chris, macsecurity asked me to switch off Java Script which I did, it still doesn't work. I have even switched off and on again. Now I can't press the submit button on AB on my ipad. And I can't seem to get photos on sites like Zara, jusst empty white pages. Please someone help ! How can I get rid of this virus??
It is not a virus. You have not been hacked.

Emptying Safari's data memory after you have properly closed the application should remove the offending java script. Do not remove history cache while the app is still open and the page is still live. You must do it in settings and after Safari is off, not merely closed. Double pressing the home button reveals all apps which are open. Swipe your finger to the top of the screen to properly close it. And close all the others while you are at it. Then go to Safari settings and near the bottom of the page is a setting to delete history and data.

Hi again Gromit, I had already deleted all history and data, I have switched the ipad off and on, I have swiped. Then I rang Apple, they reset my ipad. Didnt make any difference, I can get into websites but cannot click and get in any further. And since re setting I cannot get iMessages, it just won't sign in ... I can take the ipad back to the store I bought it, they will do a Health Check for £40 but if they reset to factory settings, and delete everything, will I lose all my photos and what else will I lose ? Still cant even press the Submit button on AB so am using laptop!
Hmm, I was unaware that Apple could remotely reset an iPad.

You can backup your iPad using iCloud, before anything is wiped/reset.

I would visit an Apple Store and let them take a look at it, before I paid anyone else to try and sort it out.
You should have Java Script switched on to be able to press Submit on this site.
check and see if you have access to your wifi - you may have to reneter your wifi password and perhaps re-register your ipad to your router.
