Too Many Socks !

Between all my relatives, especially the ones who have season tickets for T K Max, I now have enough socks to last me under the end of my days, whenever they will be !

Some of them are rather nice however....Ted Baker, etc, in very bright colours !

I have a couple of dozen pairs, same make, same colour, just stick a hand in sock drawer pick up two and I have a pair, no problem.

Don't get me wrong...........most of them are very nice, but when you get 3 pairs for one niece, another three from the other niece, and another three from the sister-in-law, mother of aforesaid nieces, and they are all sitting around the same bloody Xmas table, it does begin to smack of a lack of judgement.

But at least they have stopped giving me cuff links.....I haven't worn a long sleeved shirt, even for a wedding, in at least 20 years.

Clothing can be a problem with my family. They know I abhor "Xmas Jumpers, and that I need 3 x's on the upper half these days.

Two years ago, I was given a frightful woolly bobble hat, in contrasting stripes of black, lime green and cacky brown, which Willy uses for bedding materials in the caravan.
