Just had my pc cleaned out and now I have a problem with scrolling. It drags the picture or writing down like wet paint or a bar code. Is there anything I can do myself or will I have to go back to the guy who did it ?

It only happens sometimes. It is windows seven and build 7601 is in corner of screen. I don't know if that is any help to you.
