i have zone alarm alert which indicates that' the firewall has blocked internet access to your computer(icmp unreachable) from 165.193.248.29' What does this mean am I not able to use the internet?

No, you have nothing to worry about. All this is telling you is that your computer has received a special sort of harmless message ( a type of "ping"). Just ignore it. Frankly you're better just turning off the alerts and just leave the program to do its work silently in the background. Or you could visit Zonealarm's web site and read their extensive help files to understand what the program is doing and how to set it up.
yeah basically, what s/he said. Lots of things on the net do scans over ports and these alerts usually occur when one of these scans "brushes" over your ports and zone alarm perhaps over-reacts. Not to worry, it's doing its job! (for free).
