I have recently found my old Oregon Scientific pedometer model number PE316PM. There are no batteries in it and the battery compartment has "09A04" on a label inside it but that doesn't appear to be a battery type. Does anybody have any idea as to what batteries it needs?

...or, you could go into Poundland/Poundworld etc and buy a card full of different button cells (usually 30 or 40 of them) - at least 5 (if not 10) of which are LR44. They are also known as "G13" or "357"
