Malware Turned Off Internet Access

Grateful for any help. Is there any way to get access to the internet back after malware has turned it off ?

Get rid of the Malware, can you download anti malware prog onto another device and load it onto your pc. "Malware bites" is one of the best.

Ratters that was why I asked for tech details, if mcaf can access wifi from other devices it rules out the router.

Is it possible to download anti malware softwAre to my iPad & then transfer it to my computer ? How would I do this ? (Windows 10 Microsoft edge computer)
