I have a comtel SA_R1B sattelight system and when I switch on the tv all I get is the menu and when I try to click on the channel menu all that comes up is no channels!!!!!!!!! And I can't get it to move from the menu! I've tried setting it back to factory setting but no joy. Can anyone please help
