I've just purchased a 'Micro USB Bluetooth Adapter V2.1' from Argos
and I'm using Windows Vista but I'm unable to connect to the Internet.
Does anyone know the manufacturer or even better where I can obtain
the drivers for it?

TIA

A bluetooth adapter will allow your computer to connect to bluetooth devices such as headphones, keyboards, mice, not the internet.

You need a wifi adapter for that.
Agreed, Hc4361.

If you're trying to connect a non-wireless device (such as laptop or desktop PC) to a router wirelessly, you should have bought one of these, Ric0:

(I actually use one of these myself: http://www.wilko.com/memory-cards+blank-discs/texet-usb-adapter-wireless-80211n/invt/0288976 ).

If it's something else that you're seeking to achieve, Ric0, please provide more information.
