I have an open program on my computer that is called Microsoft Phoenetic IME XP

When ever i turn it on, it turns on with the computer.

It is very annoying, everytime i try to type something, i have to go control space bar to get rid of it.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it permeanently?

Uninstall it in Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.

I agree, try and uninstall it, if that doesn't work, then install a viris detector, and see if it will delete it. I had something like that, and I ended up reinstalling the OS.
