I have a built in freeview,LIG but the interference is bad I am always having to retune it.

Hi Yes I thought I had fixed the ariel, but the reception is still not always great on some stations. Sorry the make of TV is LG

Have you received a postcard from at800 at all? You may be suffering from 4G interference. (Mobile phone mast). You can get a free filter. See here:-
