So, after the burial of my father, family crisis started in our home, my Step-mother and my Uncle had a conspiracy and sold my father's properties to an Italian Expert rate which they selfishly shared the money among themselves and left me to suffer. My Step-mother even threatened to kill me when she found out that one of My Daddy’s closest friend revealed to me about a huge inheritance funds deposited to my name by my late Father for long time before his death.

This is part of a heartbreaking letter from a young woman who's troubles you wouldn't believe.

How has she asked you to help her? :o)
Question Author
She has, indeed. But after my recent unhappy encounter with a girl and her elephant I'm a lot more circumspect. Once bitten, twice shy.
sandy please don't tell us she's sent you an email asking for money........she's gong to tell you she has a huge amount of money that can't be released unless she finds £ (insert absurd amount) and if you can help her she will triple your money.
OMG Sandy. She wants to settle down with you.....
Therefore, I decide to seek for your help in transferring the money into your bank account while I will relocate to your country and settle down with you. As you indicate your interest to help me I will give you the account number and the contact of the bank where my late beloved father deposited the money with my name as the next of kin. It is my intention to compensate you with 30% out of the total money after the transfer for your assistance and the balance shall be my investment in any profitable venture which you will recommend to me as I have no idea about foreign investment.
this is very sad indeed; and yet the world must know unhappiness before it can recognise happiness, so I'd leave her be.
Ohhh, could be a mafioso thing, sandy !.

Seriously though it's most likely what Retrochic suggests.
what were you supposed to do about the elephant??
What happened to the Elephant? Elephants are nice animals.

Humber, some time ago I struck up an on-line acquaintance with a young lady mahout.
Tragedy unexpectedly struck her family when a jeep carrying Christian missionaries got stuck in a local ford. Her father, the village headman, told her to use their elephant to pull it free. It wasn't up to the task and dropped dead. I had a little money at the time and sent her enough to buy another.
I recounted the tale here in AB a while ago.
Soon after we lost contact. I hope the elephant is thriving.
does she have two ugly sisters?
I thought the elephant had bitten you ...
pmsl

and the going rate for an elephant was??
Write back to her and demand custody of the poor wee elephant. Fluffy will look after it for you.
my mahout license expired, ummmm is qualified though
Question Author
She got a nice healthy young one for a mere £4500.
And make it a trunk call Sandy.
hang on though wolf, can you imagine the bill for quarantine?
oh dear ,keep your wallet well and truely shut x
Maybe it can sneak past customs and avoid the quarantine. They are herd animals so we might have to get Sandy to buy more.
i would have been suspicious, female mahouts are a bit thin on the ground
