Anyone Having Trouble With Yahoo Mail?

A message just flashed up that my password has expired. Every time I try to type it in it just goes into a loop and asks me to enter my password, even when I've done it. I have shut down and restarted but no difference. Could this be a Yahoo problem? No other sites seem affected.
