I appear to have forgotten my password to my hotmail account... (even tho this is impossible as I only have 3 passwords for everything).. So I try to change said password, and microsoft asks me to log in... WITH MY PASSWORD!! I just want to speak to a human being as it's all a bit dodgy (I can still access hotmail via my phone, so I'm not missing any important stuff, but just not able to print (obvs) as the phone isn't linked to the printer) I know I'm a bloody ditzy blonde at the best of times, but this is driving me mad! Any pointers as to how to remain sane and get my account back to normal...?!
