Help Please With Shockwave

I put this in computers, but no response, hopefully somebody can help?

On Firefox when I play Criminal Case via Facebook it has started to crash daily during play, and a panel saying send report or refresh

When I log on with F/F again I just get a blue screen that sometimes flashes then I cant get back on-line except with Internet Explorer which I am using now.

I have tried refresh, system restore and done a scan, but still cant get back on-line with F/F.

Any help please?

Are your plugins up-to-date?

To check, select the add-ons option from the Tools menu, then the Plugins tab on the left and then click on Check to see if your plugins are up to date which will take you to a webpage where the versions are checked.

Thanks bibblebub, but been trying for ages to do what you said but when I got to Plugins tab on the left there was no click on Check to see if your plugins are up to date.
Maybe its me doing something wrong?

Will try again tomorrow as I have visitors, and my eyes are aching :-(.
By the way I don't have a tools button on my toolbar!
