I am new to these Smart Phones and Tablets, but I was just wondering is there a copy and paste facility incorporated to them, saves so much typing?

Don't know if it's the same with other 'phones but I touch the screen and get the option to copy a selection, the whole thing or cut. There are two arrow buttons you can move to highlight what you want to copy and you pick copy and then paste it where you want. It took a while to get used to it mind.

On mine- i touch a word (slightly longer than a,tap). It highlights it with a small circle in each side. Gently move the circles to cover everything you want to copy. There's an icon next to it of 2 pieces of paper in a circle. Tap that to copy.
Go to where you want to paste and the 2 paper icon will show up again. Tap it again to paste.
