Can't Change Film Language On Xbox360.

I have a film on a USB memory stick in MP4 format. When I play it on a computer I have the option of changing between languages. However, when I play it on my Xbox it plays in a different language and I cannot change it to english. There is a language icon on the Xbox but when I select it, it says "Action on Available". Does anyone know if I can resolve this, is there any way to remove all languages bar english from the MP4 file itself or is there another way to solve it?
