If you have your phone line with Sky all calls to them are free, just to let you know.
Sky's Catch Up service is called On Demand.

You have to buy a small wireless box from Sky, then connect it to your Sky box, then have it access your broadband router.

I have one of these and it works fine.

More here on the Sky web site.

I have on demand with Sky and catch up but I didn't have to buy a small wireless box, got it free when it came out.
The wireless box is now £22.

p.s. If your Sky box is near your router you can just run an Ethernet cable from your sky box to your router, you don't need to buy the wi fi device.
Try clicking on the link below and you may be able to get one free. I got letter off them telling me about it so I had a look and they said they would send me one free of charge.

I received a card in the post from Sky offering me the catch up box free of charge. I have taken advantage of the offer, but there may be a 3 month wait before delivery!
