When I want to download using IDM(Internet Download Manager), it displays the following window.
" No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Probably the service is inactive on the server or you have a firewall installed that blocks IDM. If you have a firewall please ensure that its settings allow IDM downloading from the internet.
Details: Cannot connect to r2---sn-xuj-5qql.c.youtube.com:80

but I have tried to configure my firewall to allow IDM but it's not working. Please help me.
