Mail Merge Query

I have set up a mailmerge with 6 fields to merge into a letter.

Two of the fields returned a '0' when I click the 'View Merged Data' button.

I started again and re-did the whole thing. One of the problem fields (the address) works fine now, but the other still returns a '0'.

Does anyone know why this is?

I assume the data is coming from Excel
Check you Excel data and make sure all fields are correctly mapped
