Right, it's just come in the post so tomorrow I'm going to start doing her workouts. How long do you reckon I'll last? Mind you I think I might have to buy batteries for the DVD remote (if I can find it), not a good start!
a week, most people don't last that long, like getting a gym membership after the Christmas break, all those lovely people who make New Year's promises and immediately break them. Quite honestly i wouldn't bother. If possible go for a long walk in the countryside, better for you than be bored to death by oh so righteous Davina.
Many years ago I had a Cindy Crawford exercise video (before DVDs were common) and I used it 3 times a week for a few years, then I got pregnant and couldn't carry on.
It all depends on how much willpower you have and how much you want to get fit/slim :)
That's the trouble Daff, willpower is not my strong point, I am as determined as possible to give this a go though. Hopefully I'll have a supermodel body to rival Mrs O's by June. Watch out Mrs ;)
rocky, rather a blob than a precious diva, davina is not my cup of tea, and look what happened to Natalie Cassidy, she made a dvd of her exercise routines, dropped the weight, told everyone how good it was, yada yada, then appeared in a tv programme looking just as plump as before...
rocky, sweetness, long walks in the country, see nature in the raw, have fun, no watching the telly getting bored after five minutes. that's more positive than these soppy dvd's.
if you were here in the capital you could come and walk with me, know lots of nice parks, and plenty of out of the way places, away from every man and his dog, good luck with davina.
Em, if I still lived in London I'd coming walking with you. X
I tried a 40 minute workout from the DVD today, I was knackered after the warm up, don't know how I finished The session. The dog thought it was a big game and tried to bite the laces out of my trainers, when that didn't work he tried fleaing my bum, pushing him away seemed to give him the idea that it was playtime, he'll have to go in the garden next time!
I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow morning, methinks svelteness may take some time to achieve.
