Yesterday i downloaded "I Can Wait" by Sadie and the Hotheads from iTunes. My playlist on my iPod has been wiped out and been replaced with a recuring song "Snow Snow falling snow" which seems to be about taking drugs.Has anybody else have problems with downloading stuff from ITunes. I now have an email from iTunes confirming my purchase with a link to report any problems.I never have had a confirmation email from them before and i am a bit wary of using the link.
My Norton security system is up to date anda scan has revealed nothing.
Any advice would be appreciated. Can my iPod be restored?

Can you look at the sender of the email and check whether it's genuine (compare it to other email confirmations you've received in the past).

Does it look like this:

Have you checked your iTunes library? Specifically, have a look at the playlists -are they all still there? When you plug your iPod in, are you able to sync?
