iPHone Sync

After I sync my phone, it always states there is one application outstanding, but there actually isn't. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

All my music in my library syncs fine all my purchased ringtones don't. They're ticked before I connect phone to computer and all play for their 30 seconds in the library but don't sync.Any ideas...
