Can anyone tell me the most easiest way to update tags on my songs as I've just bought an Mp3 player and need to update what is being shown on the screen..thanks

Just right click on the song, go down to properties and all the info is in there. Remember and do the advanced bit as well, you'll get a lot more info on there.

Does that update everything from not just file itself but also Windows Media Player?

What you want is The Godfather, free software that should (given enough information) rebuild your tags from an internet database. I haven't used it much but I think it's what you want!

It does, if the music you have is in your My Music, it is automatically in Media player library anyway, so any changes you make will also take place in this.
