HTC blocking home wireless

Hi, bit of an odd one, but hubby's HTC is blocking my X10s access to our home wireless. As soon as he turns his wifi on, I can see the router but cannot do anything. As far as my phone is concerned, there is no access. When he turns his off, my connection comes back.

This has only been happening for the past month or so, and it is not every single time.

I should add, the ps3 and wireless printer is not affected and neither affect my phone either.

Any clues?
