Onkyo receiver Tx NR 609

What size leads to connect speakers to this receiver. Also sub woofer has 3.5m jack to receiver and 3.5 to 3.5 doesn't fit. I have RTFM but it doesn't say.

Rewrite. Speakers I can do but need sub-woofer to receiver. 3.5m jack fits back of sub but receiver is slightly smaller.

If it's slightly smaller I'd guess it's a 2.5mm jack.
