Neogamma on Wii stopped working.

We got Neogamma put onto our Wii a few years back. However we bought Skylanders recently and needed to do a system update in order for it to work on the Wii. Now for some reason the Neogamma screen is still there but it cannot play any of the games. Is there a way to fix this?

Normally softmodding a Wii means sacrificing any future Nintendo updates. They don't like their products being tampered with, so they regularly include 'fixes' in the updates that will disable any modified content. Basically, I think you'll have to re-mod the Wii.
