sonic stage... got problems trying to keep the download

I have a sony mp3, when i got it, i was told i had to download the sonic stage for music. I did this, without any problems, but after about a week, i started getting strange pop ups from windows which stopped sonic stage from working. so i deleted it, and tried to download it again, but got the same problem again.
help!

I downloaded sonic stage again, after 10-15 mins. But got the same pop up window. I translated it from spanish, it said the sonic stage application has stopped working. then said the programme wont work properly. so windows have closed the programme+ will notify you if theres a solution. I´m still waiting for notification. I´ve tried downloading 3 times now!!
is there a solution?
