Transfering pictures

I would like to transfer all "my pictures" file to my wife's pc.Is there an easy way of doing this.

Depends how many there are.

Generally the easy way for a one off is to use a USB memory stick. if you're going to want to copy stuff between the computers often it's worth setting them up so it can be done via the network.
