Can anyone recomend a good quality microfilter

I recently had problems with my internet connect but with some advice I have managed to get it working but it still cuts out occasionally, i am looking for a good quality microfilter that may help

how do you know its the filters ?

I have replaced all the cables and router, checked phone line unpluged each phone individually but it still is not working properly, checked with my internet provider they say there is interference on the line, have checked with bt they say there is no problem with telephone line, I have had this problem for about a month, I was advised to get some decent filters
